To begin the night, N.A.P.S. did an hour presentation about what is and is not considered "paranormal activity." Once the presentation was complete, everyone was broken down into 3 groups. Each group had an opportunity to investigate the main house, the miner's cabin and slave shack, the kitchen and barn area. Some personal experiences occurred during the investigation, some of which were not caught on video and/or audio equipment. Some of those experiences include: unexplained shadows, feelings of being touched, unexplained voices, strange cold sensations, and furniture moving. Once the night was complete, N.A.P.S. packed up and began the long, arduous process of reviewing the evidence from the night's event. We did manage to find a few strange anomalies that we wanted to share with you. Keep in mind, we are in NO WAY calling these events paranormal, but they did leave us scratching our heads.

The miner's cabin seemed to be a very active place throughout the night. While Karen and Maggie's team were investigating, there were many personal experiences. We did manage to capture a possible E.V.P. (Electronic Voice Phenomena) on our video equipment. One of the participants asked if the spirits could make a noise to show their presence to the group. After hearing what sounded like a knocking noise, he asked the same question and another knocking noise was heard. The question was then asked the spirit could come closer. Shortly after that, you will hear what sounds like a female responding to her request.

The possible E.V.P. that you are about to hear was captured on the voice recorder in the upstairs kid's room during the last part of the investigation. The group, that was present during the time, was seated in the master bedroom. One person started to feel a strange overwhelming sensation of cold air as well as a strong feeling of sadness. At approximately the same time he started to feel the strange sensations, the dresser on the other side of the room slid backwards against the wall. No strange voices or shadows were noticed by the group at this time, however, on the recorder, we captured this audio file. We believe the voice on the recorder could be that of a child. Listen and tell us what you think. The recording is not very clear, we cannot understand what the EVP is saying, but you can definitely tell it is coming from the same room as the group. Once the night was over and N.A.P.S. began packing up, a strange puddle of liquid was discovered on the floor in the master bedroom approximately four feet from the dresser. In the strange puddle, we noticed what appeared to be a small bare foot print, complete with toe marks, pointing at the dresser. Further observations showed that there were also foot prints leaving the puddle and walking towards the entrance of the attic. We took a short video of the foot print and the trail leading to the attic, but we are having some technical issues getting the video uploaded, but we will have it posted within the next few days, so keep checking back.
